Can I customize the system to fit my specific business needs?

  • Yes, our system is designed to be highly flexible, allowing you to customize and fine-tune it through comprehensive policies to align with your business operations and workflows across all plans.
  • However, please note that requests for additional features and advanced customizations are available exclusively on our Enterprise plan.

Is there a money-back guarantee if I cancel during the first 14 days?

  • Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our annual subscription plans. If you’re not satisfied with our ERP system within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you can request a full refund.
  • Please note that the 14-day period begins on the date of payment, rather than the date of account activation.

Do you offer training or onboarding assistance?

 

  • Yes, we offer comprehensive training to help you get started with our XSEEN ERP system quickly and efficiently. The Lite plan includes 2 hours of free online training, 10 hours for the Professional plan, and 20 hours for the Enterprise plan.
  • If you require additional training, we charge $13 per hour for all plans. We also offer on-site training within the Kingdom of Bahrain, while customers outside of Bahrain can benefit from our online training sessions.

Are there any setup fees?

  • No, there are no setup fees associated with any of our plans. You only pay for the subscription fee.

Is customer support included with my subscription?

  • Yes, customer support is included with all our subscription plans. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Benefit Pay, and many more.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will assist you with the process.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

  • If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to the system until the end of your current billing period. For annual subscriptions, this means you’ll retain access until the end of the year. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for early cancellation.
